Wake up call

I had read of the untimely passing of Colonel William Wood in MSM sources. When I was checking one of my favorite blogs today, I found there was a lot more to it though.

From 365 and a Wakeup:

Our battalion suffered terrible blows this past week, leaving me vainly grasping for words to describe the magnitude of our loss. In a handful of days we lost four great men, COL William Wood, CPT Michael Mackinnon, CPT Ray Hill, and SPC Shakere Guy.

Not enough is said of or done for any of these brave soldiers and Marines.
