Where to find a copy of the new counterinsurgency manual

The New York Times has OBTAINED a draft version of the new counterinsurgency manual. There have been drafts bouncing around for a long time, and I used a precursor (FMI 3.07) to reconstruct Colonel Devlin's report, or rather to flesh it out with what might be going on in his mind.

The Times:
The doctrine is outlined in a new field manual on counterinsurgency that is to be published next month. But recent drafts of the unclassified documents have been made available to The New York Times, and military officials said that the major elements of final version would not change.
I am not certain if the New York Times "obtained" a copy through the same means that I "obtained" my copy. Right click on this .pdf to "obtain" your own copy. It's a big file though.
