It seems that this creepy marketing masterstroke has developed a cult following on eBay. BUT, a lot of these sellers are only selling the link to the website where Burger King has masks available for $9.00 in time for Halloween:
Up for bids is the LINK where you can order the burger king be the king mask for only nine dollars yes nine dollars dont be scammed by these other guys trying to make big bucks off cheap masks site is safe and secure brand new in the box will be delivered by halloween
That page, from which the above quote comes, has bidding up to $15.00 as of this moment. Some people are trying to do good for their fellow eBayers, but they don't seem to realize that a 9 day auction won't get many page views tonight.

Thank you very much. I am trying to work out quick-hit posts, even sometimes light hearted like this one, and use a longer post sparingly.
The king freaks me out, but I have a love/hate relationship with him. Frankly, I will seek out any excuse I can find to use him, because it's free art for the site and I do not think Burger King would be upset at free publicity. I am also certain that there is a sphere available in the bloggoverse for a political junkie blog with Burger King overtones. ;-)
