Dan Brown IS creative

Author Dan Brown continues his triumphant march through the ranks of the literate American public. The AP reports "The best-selling thriller "The Da Vinci Code" does not infringe on the copyrights of a book published in 2000 by another author, a judge ruled."[CNN STORY]

Brown's taut plot lines and masterful interweaving of plots are decidedly his alone, thankfully. The judge did not thank Brown for his wonderful contribution to American literature, ignored dangling modifiers, and failed to give Brown credit for the sudden surge of art history majors.
